Expected impact

The funded business case projects roughly 58,500 pharmacist hours freed a year, worth more than $3M, and more than 1,300 hospital readmissions avoided a year.

Medication review is routine, high-volume and safety-critical, which makes it a good fit for AI that surfaces the cases a pharmacist should look at first.
